FEllowship of Christian Athletes

HNGA FCA
The Habersham Ninth Grade Academies Fellowship of Christian Athletes meets every Tuesday morning in my room, room 126.  FCA is an interdenominational school club that uses athletics as a platform for ministry. Having said that, you DO NOT have to be an athlete to attend. All are welcome. Each meeting is organized and led by students officers. A typical meeting can range from anything from a game, to a devotion, to worship, to prayer time.  On the second Friday of every month, the our regional FCA and local churches put together a free pancake breakfast. On those mornings, we meet in room 415 (Down by the media center). FCA is open to all students. If you are interested in FCA, stop by and let me know!

The FCA Vision
To see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.
The FCA Mission
To present to coaches and athletes, and all whom they influence, the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church.

The FCA Values Our relationships will demonstrate steadfast commitment to Jesus Christ and His Word through Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence.
Integrity We will demonstrate Christ-like wholeness, privately, and publicly. (Proverbs 11:3)
Serving We will model Jesus’ example of serving. (John 13:1-17)
Teamwork We will express our unity in Christ in all our relationships. (Philippians 2:1-4)
Excellence We will honor and glorify God in all we do. (Colossians 3:23-24)
